Bring any percussion instrument if you have one, otherwise try out some of mine.

This is a facilitated rhythm circle, with the goal of using improv games to bring about group coherence. No experience is necessary, just a willingness to play, and listen to one another. Come join in the universal pulse that is communal beat-making.
